Frisco Massage Therapy
Summit County, Colorado
I miss all you very much! I look forward to connecting again soon. As of April 27, 2020 restrictions are being lifted for Massage Therapists. Many factors have influenced my decision to stay closed. As of today my intended restart day is June 6th. Yoga classes will not resume at this time as a scheduled class but rather as semi-private by appointment instruction. More to follow on this. As things continue to change I my be able to amend this date. As updates become available they will be posted here. Please contact me at anytime!
You may have found your way here because you are curious about massage, seeking an alternative to pain management or are looking to find a therapist that you can connect with. Whatever the reason I am glad you are here! I love meeting and working with new clients. It is always fulfilling for me to make a connection with someone, develop the trust necessary for good things to come out of bodywork sessions, and watch the healing process unfold. The body truly has the amazing power to heal itself, sometimes it just needs a little coaxing.
I practice an integrative style of bodywork that combines my love and artistry for the profession with the quiet and stillness that I have acquired from practicing yoga. I draw from a collection of modalities in order to provide each individual with a unique massage experience. Whether you are recovering from surgery, recouping from a day of activity in the mountains, or are postpartum, massage is a wonderful way to bring you back to center.
Following is a list of keywords used to describe different types of massage/bodywork intended to give you a basic framework of my background: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular, deep tissue, prenatal/postpartum, injury/surgery recovery, craniosacral, shiatsu, yoga. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
I look forward to working with you!
